LuxFlow, LLC Showerhead Warranty: Limited Lifetime Warranty Information

LuxFlow, LLC products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship.

LuxFlow, LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser who purchases this product for use in his or her own home, for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns that same home (the "Warranty Period" for homeowners)

LuxFlow, LLC will provide free of charge, during the applicable warranty period, at its option, replacement parts or product for comparable product (if no longer available) to replace those which have proven defective in materials or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, LuxFlow, LLC may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies.

This Warranty does not cover hoses, rubber components and other consumables and will not be extended as a result of repair or replacement of the product. LuxFlow, LLC recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair. We also recommend that you use only genuine LUXFLOW® replacement parts.

All other purchasers (including, but not limited to purchasers for industrial, commercial and business use) are warranted for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase (the "Warranty Period" for non-homeowners). In the event that the Product proves to be defective during that time period, LuxFlow will, at LuxFlow’s option, free of charge,

• correct any defect by providing the parts necessary to put the Shower Head or Shower Accessory back in good working condition,
• replace any part or finish that proves defective in material and manufacturing workmanship, under normal installation, use and service,
• substitute a similar Product of equal or greater value (in the event the Product is no longer being manufactured by LuxFlow or available in LuxFlow’s inventory), when You present LuxFlow with written proof of purchase of the defective Product. Commercial application is defined as installations in apartments and other rental units, non-residential facilities, hotels, commercial businesses and/ or other public accommodations.

Like anything of lasting quality, LuxFlow products and accessories require a certain amount of periodic care to preserve their finish. Clean your new LuxFlow product with a mild soap, rinse thoroughly with warm water, and dry with a clean, soft cloth. Never use cleaners containing abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol, or solvents for cleaning as they may damage the finish. Failure to comply with these cleaning instructions may void LuxFlow's warranty.

Install this product with a certified backflow preventer, installed at the shower hose inlet, as required by the local plumbing code. Backflow preventer shall be installed per the manufacturer's installation instructions. Consult a plumbing professional for backflow preventers and the local plumbing code requirements.

OTHER THAN THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUXFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  This warranty is your sole remedy and LuxFlow shall not be liable for any loss, damages, whether direct, Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or otherwise, including lost revenues and lost profits, arising out of any theory or recovery, including statutory, contract, or tort, misuse, abuse, neglect or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance or repair, low or high water pressure or water impurities, or failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions, including the use of abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, acids, alcohol or other products not recommended for use on LUXFLOW® products.

Notwithstanding the term of any Limited or implied warranty, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will LuxFlow's entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product.

SOME STATES AND PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. UNLESS OTHERWISE CONTRARY TO STATE LAW GOVERNING THE PURCHASE, LUXFLOW'S LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE CONTRACT PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT CLAIMED TO BE DEFECTIVE OR UNSUITABLE.

Simply contact LuxFlow, LLC by phone at (657) 200-5223 or in writing at Support@LuxFlow.LLC for assistance and explain the defect. Include your name, address, area code and telephone number. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must accompany all warranty claimsunless the purchaser has registered the product with LuxFlow, LLC.
